4/ Can you talk to people who are currently in the program? Is there an online community where you can talk to other members? This is great not only to find out if it is legitimate but also great for development purposes.

The most important thing when looking for online income opportunities is to trust your instincts, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Do a Google search on them, if there isn't much information on them you should be careful.
